Who We Are
Together We Can stands shoulder-to-shoulder with our community, confronting challenges and fueling positive change. We champion community advocacy, empowering voices and inspiring action to bridge the gap with our law enforcement, community, elected officials and most of all YOU!
What We Do
We champion community advocacy, lending our voices to be agents of change. We assist with and organize food giveaways and clothing drives. We raise awareness on domestic violence, give the youth voice, and bridge the gaps between law enforcement and the community.
We don't just talk, we ACT.
Our Impact
